Established in 1981, we have specialised, solely, in all aspects of Solicitor's Accounts for nearly thirty years.

Our small team can handle any situation or problem, whether that is a backlog of postings, or a qualified Accountants Report needing some changes in your procedures or, simply, the provision of a professional and committed Legal Cashier.

What We Do

We provide a range of services within our role as part-time Legal Cashiers and these are tailored to your requirements. We can update your accounts on a regular basis, deal with payroll, deal with Professional Indemnity renewals, submit returns to the LSC, provide detailed management reports, resolve outstanding accounts problems, pay suppliers, chase debts and deal with all other accounts and cashiering issues. Plus, we will ensure that you comply with the Solicitors Account Rules as a matter of course.

We are experienced in Legal Aid work and several of our clients hold franchises in Crime, Family, Housing, Welfare Benefits and Debt. We can also offer our clients a unique consultancy service for LSC Specialist Quality Mark and Lexcel through our association with a leading specialist in these areas.

We can provide pre and post advice for Practise Support Unit and SRA inspections and we can implement any changes required as a result. We have dealt with a number of very difficult situations over the years and we can provide support and assistance at all levels.

Professional & Efficient

Our small team of Legal Cashiers work throughout London and the Home Counties. Mainly, we visit our clients at their offices to update their accounts on a weekly basis but we are able to attend more or less frequently as the situation demands. Alternatively, we can free up space in your office by working remotely, either using your accounts system or ours.

We are experienced with many solicitors accounts in London, including Opsis Millenium, Mountain, AlphaLaw, SOS, Quill, TFB, Practise and Professional Technology Products.
